Customer satisfaction is the key to success.  Getting customers to tell a company what's good about their products or services, and where they need improvement, ensures that the business measures up to clientele expectations.  Developing a plan to allocate resources that deliver unparalleled service requires immediate feed-back from customers.  This is accomplished by using data customers create through a simple uncomplicated survey.  The data is the listening system.  A portal, specifically for your company, accumulates data about the customer and makes their comments immediately actionable.

Mini - MMISΣ™ is an excellent system for gathering e-mail addresses as well as responding to complaints.  The customer has the option of remaining anonymous or having the company contact them.  In addition, thank-you coupons can be attached to the end of the survey.
